By completing the online intake form, your therapist will have a good idea of your current goals and pain points. Arriving 5 minutes early allows you a moment to relax and discuss goals before starting.
Previous surgeries, broken bones, sprains, or strains; however minor they may seem, can help us create a game plan to get the most out of your session. Knowing about previous massage experiences will help us create a safer environment for you.
Are you curious about our knowledge? Ask us. Wondering why we are working on a particular muscle? Ask us. Are you interested in knowing how to prevent the same injury? We're happy to help.
We get it. Massage can feel super strange when trying out a new clinic. Ask us questions. If you have never had a massage before, tell us. If your comfort level is wearing your athletic clothing, we can work with that.
Since the majority of our clients are here for pain management, we ask a lot of questions before & during the session. It is sometimes used as a distraction method as well. If you are needing quiet during your session, please let us know so we can honor that.
We begin and end sessions on time. We also block off enough time between sessions so you do not feel like you have to rush. Take a moment to notice how you feel before getting up.
